Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Assistant at Yassas The Greek Way in Melbourne, VIC. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to executives and staff, managing schedules, organising meetings, handling communication, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. This role is specifically for someone who has previously worked in hospitality sector in front of house teams. You will be required to work on many duties involving rostering, planning, staff and supplier meetings
The role requires to work closely with CEO and other executives, who work on weekends/public holidays.
Qualifications & Required skills
1. Exceptional Organizational Skills: Managing the CEO's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans efficiently, ensuring no conflicts or missed opportunities.
2. Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of the food and beverage industry, including trends, compliance, and supply chain processes, to support the CEO in making informed decisions.
3. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Handling communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners professionally, and ensuring smooth flow of information.
4. Multitasking and Problem-Solving Ability:
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as coordinating events, responding to urgent issues, and addressing operational challenges with quick, effective solutions.
5. Confidentiality and Discretion:
Ensuring all sensitive information, such as strategic plans, business decisions, and personal matters, is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
6. Proficiency in Technology and Software:
Strong technical skills in using office Software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces), project management tools, and hospitality-specific systems (e.g., reservation, inventory management software). Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms to assist with online presence and marketing tasks when needed.

- Diary Management proficiency
- Must have experience working in hospitality venue in front of house
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
