Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Manage and coordinate the integration of over 20,000 interfaces within a hospital setting.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure program alignment with organisational goals.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving issues to maintain program momentum.

Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage program budgets, ensuring financial discipline while meeting key milestones.

Quality Assurance: Oversee system testing, validation, and quality assurance processes to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.

Reporting: Provide clear and concise updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and successes.

Experience:

Proven track record managing large-scale healthcare IT programs, particularly interface-heavy systems.

Minimum of 8–10 years of program management experience in complex environments.

Technical Knowledge:

Expertise in systems integration and healthcare IT platforms.

Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and other relevant interoperability standards.

Skills:

Exceptional leadership and organisational skills.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (highly desirable).
