Base pay range
- Project Director - Commercial industry experience preferred, min. 8+ years
- Hybrid working arrangement; $150k-$170k+super
- Project management, deliverables, execution & leadership
The Project Director is responsible for overseeing portfolio of projects to ensure deliverables are met.

Your new employer is a highly regarded company that specialises in Hospitality and Commercial projects. Renowned for their contemporary design and highly detailed projects, the primary purpose of this role as a Project Director is to oversee the portfolio of projects within a team to ensure that all project deliverables are met within scope, timeframe, and budget. In addition, you will also be assigned to lead projects within the portfolio directly.

What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 8 years of Commercial experience (Hospitality or Mixed Used Multi Residential or Hotel)
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign), AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Rhino.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and written skills
- Fluidity in working in different design aesthetics based on the client's requirements
- A strong flair for creativity and experience that comes with it
- Technical understanding of design
- Time management (setting milestones, schedules, and tasks)
- Understanding of planning, operational, commercial, and financial principals
