Job Description
- Manage front desk and handle all incoming calls.
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle mail distribution and courier services.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to task completion.
- Effectively communicate relevant information to diverse audiences.
A Successful Receptionist Should Have
- A professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- $32 - $38 per hour
