About the role

You will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the day-to-day operations across the provider's portfolio across the region, ensuring that the needs of residents, employees, and third parties are met. Collaborating with Senior Managers and Facility Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring that exceptional services are consistently delivered at each facility.

Desired

• Demonstrated experience as a regional manager in Aged Care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies and procedures
• National Police and NDIS clearances
• Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
• Experience with accreditation
• Ability to train motivate and educate staff
