We are a fast-growing, innovative company on a mission to revolutionise our industry and create seamless solutions for businesses globally. With a strong track record of success and rapid expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead our growth in the ANZ region.


The Role

As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for scaling and leading our team and you’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy, while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact in a region with both mature and emerging markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement the strategy for the region in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the hiring process, building a strong, growth-focused team.
  • Sales and Operations: Manage the ANZ Sales team, including setting targets, reporting, and overseeing compensation and professional development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Guide the locally-based Marketing and Operations teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on key performance indicators, including forecasting and identifying growth opportunities.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director, Country Manager or General Manager, with success in scaling or transforming businesses, ideally within B2B or digital environments.
  • Expertise in market entry and business development, with a strong ability to identify and create new Enterprise opportunities.
  • Solid experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • A track record of leading high-performing teams and implementing effective sales processes.
  • Experience in SaaS startup environments
  • Expertise in value-based selling and continuously improving sales efficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt and adjust priorities when necessary.
