Key Responsibilities As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Maximise Sales & Manage Accounts: Drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Lead Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers and markets, and manage onboarding processes.
  • Stay Market-Savvy: Keep up with trends in products, packaging, and processing while supporting new product development.
  • Support Pricing & Marketing: Contribute to competitive pricing strategies and assist in promotional efforts.
  • Plan & Report Strategically: Deliver market insights, revenue forecasts, and support strategic planning initiatives.


Key Requirements We’re looking for someone with:

Experience & Expertise:

  • 5+ years in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Proven success in account management, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience in food preparation or formulation within manufacturing or related industries.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast trends.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
