experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team to drive a culture of high performance and
efficiency from our global sales teams based in APAC, Europe and Latin America. You will also work
cross functionally across all facets of the application and onboarding process to drive efficiency gains in
our sales conversion efforts.
The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving sales productivity and efficiency by
leveraging data analytics, developing key performance metrics, and optimising sales processes in a
manner that can be consistently applied across global teams. This role focuses on providing strategic
insights, improving conversion rates, and enhancing the overall productivity of the sales team. The
Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to lead efforts to
transform sales data into actionable strategies, ensuring that teams are empowered to exceed their targets and maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse data to identify sales trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key metrics.
- Lead efforts to optimise sales processes, reduce cycle times, and improve win rates.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify process gaps and drive operational improvements.
- Design and implement best practices and playbooks to enhance team efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and optimise CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and streamline workflows.
- Conduct data analysis to support sales forecasting, resource allocation, and decision-making.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- This role will typically require attendance at the office and may require occasional travel, so you must have flexibility to work from multiple locations when needed
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Power
- BI, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of using data to drive sales performance and productivity improvements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
