Role Overview:

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage a client portfolio, lead accounting and tax compliance work, and provide strategic advisory services. You'll mentor junior staff while working closely with partners to deliver value-added services and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and provide tax planning, financial reporting, and business advisory services.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance documents.
• Mentor junior staff, ensuring quality work and professional development.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in public practice accounting.
• CA/CPA qualified or in progress.
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and accounting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
