Senior Business Analyst

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects within the telecommunications sector. Looking for candidates with experience across process improvement / telecom related value chain (Billing, Sales, Delivery, Assurance) related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Provide expertise value chain related projects / process improvements
• Utilize Agile BA tools and techniques, including user stories, story mapping, and backlog prioritization, to drive project success.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
• Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, facilitating workshops, and delivering clear and actionable documentation.
• Support testing and validation processes to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Key Requirements:

• Experience as a business analyst on Value chain related projects (billing, Sales, delivery, assurance).
• Experience in telco sector highly regarded
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Agile tools and techniques.
