Our capabilities extend across service optimisation, waste auditing, waste reduction & diversion strategies, tenant engagement activities and formal assessments.


Tasks & responsibilities


The Senior Data Analyst will lead our data services team in receiving, managing, reporting and interpreting waste information. In this role, you will be a critical resource for our consultants, and a key influence on our clients waste minimisation and ESG compliance journeys.


In addition, you will:


  • Manage external (customer supplier) data flow, quality control and reporting.
  • Be responsible for platform data management & quality control.
  • Design, build and issue reports, visualisations and dashboards with the target audience in mind.
  • Create dynamic on-demand and bespoke analyses, models and reports that are digestible and easily understood by all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support NABERS Waste and ESG data compliance for our team and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the consulting team on client/building performance and improvement pathways.


Qualifications & experience


Our focus is on constant innovation, and we are specifically searching for candidates that can critically and objectively analyse data, and develop & implement improvements in data flow and delivery.


  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in similar roles in a mature reporting environment with exposure to SQL, Python and Azure.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI & PowerAutomate
  • Advanced capability in Data Visualisation - Facilitating understanding of data by displaying concepts, ideas, and facts using graphical representations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong competence in Business Intelligence - Developing, producing and delivering management information to provide insights and aid decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing data automations and working to deadlines
  • Waste industry experience would be beneficial but not essential.

  • You will be expected in the office 2 days per week, otherwise we are outcome focused and have a flexible approach to work day, time and place.
  • We will pay for and support further technical studies.
  • Salary range $100k to $110k plus super, negotiable for the right candidate
