As they enter an exciting growth phase, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Financial Accountant to contribute to their continued success and ensure the finance function operates at the highest level.

About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Financial Manager, this newly created Senior Financial Accountant position will play a critical role supporting the financial reporting function. Your key deliverables will include:

• Ownership of end-to-end month-end activities, including reconciliations and adjustments
• Preparation of statutory accounts and compliance with AASB requirements
• Management and reporting of fixed assets
• Preparation and submission of ABS and other external reports
• Driving process improvements to strengthen reporting accuracy and efficiency
  
  

Ideal Profile

• You will be CA/CPA qualified, coupled with 7+ years experience and a deep understanding of financial reporting standards and statutory requirements
• Demonstrated experience in a large, complex organisation, ideally ASX-listed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, capable of building successful working relationships across a range of stakeholders
• Experience using Netsuite will be favourably considered
