Senior Project Manager - Simplification

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact Simplification Program. This program spans multiple streams, including Product, Customer, Operations, PUD, and IT, and aims to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and drive organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of IT and business expertise, coupled with strong change management capabilities. Ideally you'll have experience in complex tech / business simplification projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Simplification Program across all streams (Product, Customer, Operations, PUD, and IT).
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Facilitate collaboration between IT and business units to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies.
• Identify and address risks, dependencies, and issues across all program streams.
• Manage program governance, ensuring robust reporting, financial oversight, and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the program lifecycle.

About You:

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream programs in both IT and business domains.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and experience driving organizational adoption of new processes or systems.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
