Woods & Co have partnered with a global leader in hospitality design and manufacturing of hotel equipment dealing primarily with the 5-star luxury hotel and venue market. This is a grand opportunity within this distinguished industry.


We're in search of a vibrant Senior Sales Manager tasked to enrich and nurture brand awareness while cultivating relationships with all stakeholders. This position offers the potential for succession to a Regional Sales Management position, in conjunction with greater earning potential and travel prospects.

What do you do?

  • Prospecting qualified leads to progress to product interest and product opportunities.
  • Managing existing database to generate further opportunities.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers such as General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, designers and consultants.
  • Developing a holistic sales strategy
  • Creating new business opportunities.


What do you need?


  • Previous experience within the hospitality, design & furnishing, industry – Management, Operations, Sales.
  • Proven experience in opening high-value opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internal and client based.
  • Adept skills in cold calling
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Sound time management and organisational skills.
  • Skilled ability in CRM systems and using the available data to deliver results.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to develop yourself and others.
