About the Role:

The Service Delivery Manager within Infrastructure, Systems and Platforms, is responsible for leading the Service Delivery team to provide high quality customer support and delivery of ICT services, assets, and capabilities to CPA’s global organisation.

Service Delivery is the single point of access for the business, in attending to incident response and service requests concerning hardware, troubleshooting, systems access through to outage.

You will be responsible for partnering with the business and managing the relationship between the organisation and the Technology and Digital Solutions (TDS)  customer service function - managing to service levels and agreements and their application within Business Units.

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will be assisted by a Service Team Lead and 4-5 customer facing, Service Desk Leads.

Key Accountabilities include: 

  • Manage the business relationship between the Service team and its clients, acting as a central liaison point for all ICT engagements across organisational divisions, aligning ICT with the business, promoting ICT capability.
  • In conjunction with the Head of Infrastructure, formulate and manage service level processes and agreements to ensure they are developed and embedded with consistency
  • Analyse and report on performance against service level agreements to highlight inconsistencies and guide the development of remediation activities.
  • Develop the service catalogue and identify key vendors and suppliers, whilst proactively maintaining the contact registry and contract management
  • Develop and communicate accurate costing models for TDS service delivery to enable budgeting and financial planning to cover required services.
  • Understand the relationship between TDS and brand reputation and integrity in the context of a membership organisation.
  • Develop and use key stakeholder relationships to support key strategic change and to achieve results and compliance.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technology innovations, providing solutions to Business Units to enhance the CPA Australia offers a leading edge

About You:

A relationship focused Leader, with exceptional customer service and employee management experience, you will have performed a similar, global role, ideally in a professional service or member-based organisation.

You will also possess:

  • ITIL certification along with a complementary tertiary qualification
  • Experience partnering and managing complex stakeholder requirements
  • Understanding of the digital technology environment including working knowledge of digital learning solutions and digital marketing.
  • A core understanding of service delivery requirements, SLA’s, Service contracts and Operating Level agreements with multiple vendors and suppliers
  • Experience with cloud service vendors specifically Microsoft Azure, financial management
  • Experience introducing digital learning processes to upskill employees on new platforms and systems.
