The Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for a Team Executive (Legal Secretary) to join our Melbourne office on a permanent basis.

Joining as the Team Executive you will be an integral member of the Central Services Hub. The Central Services Hub is composed of Team Executives and Team Assistants. The team are responsible for providing proactive and effective general administration assistance to our Lawyers & Practice Executives across a diverse range of tasks.

As the Team Executive, you will work closely with the hub/Practice Executive team lead to ensure the smooth day to day running of the hub, you will provide additional support to the Team Assistants. You will monitor requests that come through and act as a first point of escalation within the hub team.

Development within the Team Executive role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following :

  • Strong administrative or prior legal secretarial experience within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • "Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Demonstrates initiative and strong client focus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Behaves in a professional manner, and is personable and approachable at all times.
