Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Administration Assistant for a 6-month fixed term contract. If you are passionate about providing seamless administrative support and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

Reporting to the National Admin Manager and located at our brand-new Wholesale site in Essendon Fields, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and providing timely administrative support to our team. Your willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong organisational skills will be essential.

This role will see you;

  • Provide administrative support to our Wholesale team
  • Banking
  • Sort through the mail and allocate
  • Input supplier invoices
  • Follow up on outstanding information related to vehicle sales
  • Vehicle stock takes
  • Transportation updates
  • Coordinating registrations and refunds
  • General/ ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications

You will also have proven abilities in the following:

  • Willingness to learn and grow

  • Self-motivated and well-organised
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced data entry skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential and full training will be provided to the successful applicant
