难 得糊 涂
The Golden Lotus Plaza is a famous landmark and tourist attraction in the Macao Special Administrative Region, located between Gaomeis Street, Bisuda Road and Friendship Road at the new port of Macau. The square was built to celebrate the transfer of sovereignty in Macau in 1999, and the main view of the square is a sculpture called "Lotus of the World", presented by the Central People's Government of the People's Republic of China. The main part of the sculpture of "Lotus of the World" consists of flower stems, petals and flowers. There are 16 shapes, using bronze casting, surface gold, weighing6.5 tons, 6 meters high, and the maximum diameter of the flower body part is 3.6 meters. The base part is composed of 23 red granite facies, which means the three islands of Macau. The lotus flower is the regional flower of the Macao Special Administrative Region. The lotus flower in full bloom symbolizes the prosperity of Macau. The Golden Lotus Plaza is not only a must-visit attraction for tourists, but also an important place for the Macao SAR Government to hold the flag raising and the regional flag ceremony on the National Day and the anniversary of the return of Macau. Usually, the flag raising ceremony is held at 8 am every morning and the flag down ceremony is held at 6 pm. The location of the square is excellent, close to the Sands Hotel, opposite the sea, it is the only way to famous attractions such as Fisherman's Wharf and Dongwangyang Lighthouse. Although the square is not big, it is open and tidy. First of all, the flag and the regional flag of the Macao Special Administrative Region are in sight. Going inside is the famous lotus sculpture of Shengshi. Golden Lotus Square is open all day, no tickets are required, and tourists can visit it freely. Attractions near the square include the Grand Selling Museum and Wine Museum, as well as a variety show, which can be considered for the same route.

【Cathedral Church of the Nativity】 Since the Chinese in the past called the church a temple, it was once called the Great Temple, and the place in front of it was also called the "Top of the Great Temple". Because it is located on a small slope and faces the South Bay, women in the old days often looked forward to the return of their husbands who went to sea, so it is also known as Wangren Temple. But now due to land reclamation in Nanwan, the coast can no longer be seen from the lobby. The name of Wangren Temple is no longer familiar to people. It was built before 1576 as a small wooden building. After years of wind and rain erosion, it became dilapidated. In 1849, the Catholic Church gathered donations from the public and rebuilt it. Today's appearance and scale were built here. On February 14, 1850, Bishop Ma Da of the Catholic Diocese of Macau presided over the first consecration ceremony. During the Jiaxu Typhoon in 1874, the original two vaults on the top of the lobby were destroyed by typhoons and have not been repaired, resulting in today's flat-roof design. In 1937, the cathedral was rebuilt into a three-piece earthen building at a cost of NT$109,000, giving it the magnificent appearance it has today. Address: No. 1, Macau Lobby Front Tickets: Free
