A great place to chill and relax. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will show us area after checkin n bring us to our room. The food in the buffet is also fresh and good.

Breakfast and dinner were great. Onsen was great too. The room was clean and tidy. The common area with fire was nice and relax.

The winter view is superb and I love it so much. Enjoyed the day time outdoor onsen too. Front desk service is good and the staffs tried their best to guide me the info to Abashiri town and transport arrangement to Lake Akan.

I was very happy to have a small hot pot for dinner, but I didn't expect to have miso soup hot pot for breakfast. It was so warm. I highly recommend it! There was also free ramen in the evening. I liked everything 🥰

The location is remote. Although there is a hotel car for free pick-up, it is far from various attractions and is more suitable for self-driving tours. The hotel decoration is OK. There are many functional areas in the public lobby. There is a small balcony in the room. The area is not small but there is no scenery. It may be on the same floor as the restaurant.
