This we felt veg option food menu is very less and repetitive. Restaurant service manager forgot my main course order in time . Average food taste.

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Very near to airport, very clean and good staff, food also delicious

I had a great stay without any inconveniences. I think it was the best accommodation I stayed in while on a business trip. I had a great time in India thanks to the hassle-free accommodations.

Overall a very average experience however bathroom I found to be poorly cleaned and maintained. The bathroom sink had multiple cracks in it, the sealant around the sink had mould on it and the bath itself was chipped with poor quality workmanship.

Poor lifts, very less choice of breakfast food, poor service. Unexpectly poor . Specially lifts are risky nd not level matched. Washroom had drainage issue. Water was full filled in washroom Food in room was okay no doubt. But room and gallery were smelling. Gardern is also not well maintain

I have been a regular customer here since the past 2 years only due to the location, never had a smooth & steady stay, staff always fail to take instructions or requests be it 2 days in advance or on the spot. Nobody is ever alert when you're talking, this can be room service or reception, the staff does keep changing constantly hence why could be lack of training. I'm continuously left frustrated for one reason or another and i see no benefits of being a regular customer here, i must be staying here at least every 2 months. The bathroom is ridiculous for the rent you pay, i have shared the pics. Some staff members have also been very helpful such as Ruby & some of the girls at reception. Staff in general are not rude but yes they struggle to meet needs or just get the basics right. In generalities would only recommend this stay if your desperate for the airport location as it is the only premium hotel in the area.

Rafe was serving us . He was very kind and caring . What touched my heart was He cares too much and makes sure you got what you have wanted besides he made serving simple with passion Every body was helpful. The hotel location was also another convenient to airport Any ways I had nice trip

Kesar Restaurant is simply phenomenal! Our Servers Ankita Singh and Sneha made the night memorable for us. Chef Amit, Chef Vineet, Chef Sachin, Chef Amit D. made us delicious meals that stole our hearts. My personal favourite was Dal Makhani!!

We visited this hotel in 1991 and now again in 2025. Rooms fitted with furniture more than 50 years old! Food very spicy. Waiter should ask at the time of taking the order as to how spicy the food customer would like. Plus points: location is very convenient and staff welcoming.

Jacranda restaurant staff specially Ankita,Suraj, and Anuj Mishra are goodd servers they helped me alot .... They always use to give attention to all of their guest and try to give their hospitality....... Thank you to make my stay confertable and good

Very pleasant stay... location is convenient and the room had a great view. The food selection is amazing and perfect room service. Suraj and Ankita helped a lot throughout the breakfast service, and Gaurav in housekeeping was pleasant, helpful and prompt.

The service at the dining restaurant Kesar was amazing, with friendly staffs, delicious food, the presentation of food was superb. My heartfelt thanks goes to Chef Sourab, Chef Amit, Sneha and Anuj. The service was tremendous. Loved it ♥️🙏.

The service by Anuj and Abhishek was wonderful. They were very helpful and provided an amazing service and experience. The chef prepared the food extremely delicious, the kababs and haleem were awesome! Love the overall experience thanks to all 3 of them and the yummy food!
