Comfortable & Suitable place for training/ event

Not beyond my expectations when the room was not so clean . Lantai berhabuk also ada bed bug . Kt dinding pon ada kamitetep banyak sgt. Risau anak trpegang or trjtuh kt katil . Breakfast ? Baca review byk choice and sedap . But when it come to my turn , not so much choices yg ada . Tak mcm yg digembar gemburkan oleh review org . But yg best nya pekerja friendly and so helpful lah . Repeat ? Maybe no .

Location is ok. Bed ok. I think got bugs la under the bedsheet. Please have them check. And definately need to change the curtain.. got map due to aircond water falls down. Breakfast not much varieties.. not feeling good about kid need to pay rm15. They dont even eat. Refill is too slow and staff need to smile abit.. i know they tired..but it is only morning.. :)

Conveniently located in city and walking distance to attractions like Masjid Zahir, Pekan Rabu.

We stayed two nights in two separate rooms. Location is perfect for city centre. Walking distant to explore what the city has to offer. Room is spacious but unfortunately only twin beds, no Queen or King beds on offer. Facilities to place the suitcases and laptop bag is a plus point. Ironing board, iron and hairdryer are provided in the room for our convenience too. Bathroom is adequate. Breakfast is excellent with multiple choices and plentiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The concierge helped carry our heavy suitcases up the staircase from the car park because unfortunately there is no ramp. Good amount of free parking in front of the hotel for the guests. No doubt we will return again.

Overall acceptable with this price range. The room is just nice for solo traveller / business traveller But the corridor for smoking smell.

No cattle in the room to boil hot drinks. No sunny egg during breakfast. Only omelette and half boiled egg.

The hotel location is in the Alor Setar city centre which is convenient to travel around the town. Overall the room is OK but there is some smell when entering the room. Need to open the windows to ventilate the air to reduce the smell. Recommended for short trips especially for work and business. The breakfast is quite delicious and there are a lot of variations of food.

Nothing much to say. Is near town easy to travel to anywhere

Overall stay is good. Water pressure to slow at my room (level 8)

Service is good, facilities is good enough, food is enjoyable and good. Location is the middle of Alor Setar. Parking enough for hotel visitor and manage very well.
