Most services in this small hotel are good except that the bath towels are not as clean as they were expected. The other towels are good.

Definitely will come back next time

I’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn before but judging from previous reviews, I made the decision to stay here. Indeed the rooms here are considered very clean for a 3 star hotel. The hot breakfast everyday is great and coffee/ tea is available round the clock. Service is great. No daily housekeeping unless u ask for it which is perfectly fine for me. Shower pressure works great. Parking is free which is a plus. As this is a pet friendly hotel, I do not feel that the cleaning was done throughly. There are still some stains visible on the carpet. However, it is still a very good experience compared to what I’ve tried in the 3 stars category. Will recommend!

Facilities: Average, enough. The suitcase can hold two 28-inch suitcases and a children's suitcase. Hygiene: Average Environment: Free parking. Far from the city. Drive to the Avenue of Stars in about 40 minutes. Service: No service. The waitress is arrogant. Breakfast is the same every day. There are enough varieties.

The room is very clean and convenient to check in. There is free coffee and water all day. The breakfast is simple, but it basically meets the needs of staying in the hotel. It is a good hotel with good value for money in the United States. The service is also good and the staff are very enthusiastic.

The hotel has free parking, the breakfast is so-so, you can eat enough, it takes 6 minutes to walk to the Red Lobster restaurant, it is convenient to travel, there are many tables in the room, I like it very much, and there are many power sockets. Highly recommended

It's some distance from Universal Studios, but the surrounding environment feels relatively safe, and there are hot tea drinks available all day long. It's a pity that there is no bottled water in the room. Overall, it is very comfortable.

The room is in good condition. Although it is not newly renovated, the facilities are very useful. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet and the whole community is very safe. The breakfast is American style with a normal variety. American coffee and ice cubes are provided all day.

The hotel is in a good location and is quite safe. The elevator is slow, the facilities are old, and the soundproofing is not good. People come and go in the corridor and talk loudly, which is very noisy. The breakfast is not very good, there are not many varieties, all disposable items, very simple fast food style, the place is small, and there are many people eating. Coffee is available 24 hours a day, which is good. After all, it is just a two-star hotel, slightly better than a motel.

Location: Very good, next to a shopping area, there are many restaurants within walking distance. Located in Pasadena, a relatively quiet area, very close to Caltech. Room: Spacious, large bathroom, no bathtub (I like it), strong ventilation (towels dried overnight). There are a lot of towels, but I brought my own; shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. The bed is relatively soft (kids like it, I like a hard bed), the bedding is clean, and the quilt cover looks textured (not the kind of one-layer cloth). Breakfast: The room rate includes breakfast, the content is simple, the same every day, basically all chain hotels are like this. Parking: Free, very good!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Because of the rain, instead of 3 days we stopped at 2 - we shouldn’t have, but we returned the money for the remaining time, for which we thank you very much!
