The rommie hotel is located closed to a subway station. Quite noisy! I will not choose to live here again. And very wired layout for the apartment room. Looks quite wired from the photos. In general, the reception service was poor and did not offer necessary support when we request. Big car parking with many spaces but charge 15 NZD for extra parking fee.

Very impressed with the staff services, cleanliness and full options apartment, and it’s location. The construction nearby and guest in the room upstairs make some noises, hope it will be only temporary interruptions. Smoking areas can be the small vegetable areas such as tomato, chilli, origano, etc. (mint already in place).

Like the name the room is very spacious, kitchen well equipped, laundry facilities are very convenient, stuff very nice and helpful, location is not in city center but just by the train station, not too bad, with a car would be much easier, we would absolutely come back!

The hotel's promotional title is misleading. Before booking, I saw the hotel marked "pets allowed for a fee" and immediately booked a 5-person suite happily. As a result, only certain double rooms allow pets. I negotiated with the hotel to change or cancel, but they only said that they could not change without a refund. There was no way, five of us stayed in a 6-person suite and a pet-friendly double room. Fortunately, Ctrip was very responsible and helped us negotiate a half-price for the second pet-friendly room. Thumbs up. In fact, the hotel environment is good and the facilities are very new. There is a primary school next to it, which will be very noisy from Monday to Friday

The hotel is located next to the train station. It takes about 30 minutes to take the train to the center NZD6, which has eight stations in total. The environment near the hotel is quiet and parking is available for NZD 15 per day. Overall, it's OK. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is poor. The sound of footsteps upstairs is very clear, especially in the morning, which will affect the quality of sleep.

The hotel is quite new, the rooms are very large and have a kitchen. The service staff was very nice and helped me print the documents for free. There is a train station at the door. You can take the train to the center of Auckland. The ticket costs about three yuan. Free parking is available in the yard. Very good, you can still stay here in the future. The only little question I have is that this is a very common problem in New Zealand. The hotel room is very large, but the bed is very small. The European-style single bed is only about 0.8 meters wide. For such a big room, why not buy two larger ones? What about the single bed?

Checked in for the second time. This time there was a small incident that cockroaches were found in the kitchen for two consecutive days. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service handled it in time and changed the room. The attitude of the hotel front desk was not very good. We moved our luggage and changed rooms. As a result, when we were cooking in the afternoon, we found that the induction cooker in the changed room was broken. It felt like we did nothing all day and kept changing rooms. Fortunately, we booked on Ctrip and solved the problems directly. The customer service was very good👍

The rooms look better than in the pictures. The rooms are clean. Located about 10 km from the CBD. Nearby there are cafes and suburban communities, not busy.

The room location and hardware facilities are very good, and the service is also good. Auckland is not big, and it is not very far to drive to anywhere here. I stayed here for several nights because I was satisfied.
