The house is abot old and the rooms are not so nice … but it’s a so so place to stay if your on a budget

good hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The price is the most expensive hotel in this trip. I booked the hotel while walking. When I was close to Boston, I found that the hotels were all 3,000 and above. There were many not-so-good reviews online. This one is indeed the cheapest... It's graduation season, so the room supply is too tight. This is an old villa that can be considered a B&B. There are only more than 20 rooms on three floors. Each floor has a public toilet and shower room. The room key is also very primitive. Fortunately, there is a wash basin in the corner of the room. However, I have to say that the accommodation conditions are definitely not good, but the bathroom is quite clean. If you don't catch up with the high price, it's convenient to go to the core area if you stay for one night while passing by. There is parking space at the back.

Everything is normal in terms of interior location. Service is limited. We booked 7 rooms for 12 people but they were put into 4 common rooms, very inconvenient. They still charged for booking 7 rooms.

It was obvious that the sanitation had done its best to clean the room, but the mattress was too worn out, with a dent in the middle, and it made a loud noise when I turned over. It should be replaced. I put up with it for one night. But the front desk could boil hot water for drinking, which was very important to us.

The fact that they even offer accommodation like this is a disgrace! It's a dump, nothing more, and then you have to pay $200 a night! No words!!

The room is really at the level of a hostel from the 1990s. I thought a youth hostel would be average but not this average. The door is still the oldest one. The musty smell in the room is also very strong. The air conditioner is also very noisy. Anyway, it is only suitable for a one-night stay. Don't have any expectations when staying here...

Overall, the price-performance ratio is high, the location is good, and it is convenient to travel. There are many Chinese restaurants around. There is a large Chinese supermarket with many Chinese restaurants. It is worth recommending.

The front desk was kind and friendly. The house was a bit old and there was no elevator, but there were rooms available on the first floor. It was very close to the city center, so we came back and stayed for one night.

The transportation is very convenient. There are many businesses around, especially restaurants and small hotels for self-employed people. If you don't have high requirements, you can stay here.

Nice environment, high cost performance

If you are looking for a cost-effective place, this is it. After all, Boston is very expensive and hygienic. The general facilities are also relatively old, especially the sound insulation is poor. However, it is surrounded by Boston University. There are many Asian restaurants, Chinese and Korean food. It is very convenient. It is simply Chinatown. Generally speaking, you ask for it. If it’s not very high, you can definitely stay there to save money and convenience.

The house is very old, but the guy at the front desk is very nice and helps with luggage. He also upgraded to a room with a separate bathroom for free.
