It has everything a big hotel should have, clean and tidy, satisfactory Special praise for the front desk lady's warm and thoughtful service. I don't have a local taxi APP, and the lady used her phone to call a taxi for me. I am especially grateful She also helped me store my luggage

The room was large and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. But the air conditioning didn't work, and it was freezing at night. I said I would find someone to take a look, but there was no one.

The front desk service of the hotel is very good. You can check in at any time, and you can also send us warm cookies late at night, which is great.

The hotel is a little far Hotel is worth more than the price It is beautiful and clean. As expected of the Hilton brand. The surrounding security is also good. 5 minutes on foot There is also a convenience store with a gas station. There is also a pleasant store where you can eat in front of you. I will not be inconvenienced. Transportation will arrive in about 5 minutes.

The price is expensive, the sanitation is poor, the facilities are poor, and the service is poor. The stuffy feeling in the room is very uncomfortable, even not as good as that of the Express Hotel, and the sex ratio is very low

Overall not bad

The location of the hotel is fantastic. You can get the bus direct from the airport to just outside and you can return to the airport the same way for a few Euro. The area the hotel is located is called 'New Town'. If you explore a little around the area you will find some great restaurants, cafes, bars and even a shopping centre - all within walking distance and no need to venture down to the Old Town area if you do not wish. The hotel is also built on to the same building as the main Tipos Arena, with the Peugeot, GoPass Arena and the National Football stadium all literally outside! You also have 3 supermarkets within 10 mins walk if you need anything. Service at the hotel is excellent, really excellent. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was a bother for them from check in to check out. A special mention to Sarah (I believe) on the Spa Reception for helping us with an issue during our stay and all the reception staff in general! The hotel offers a Spa/Sauna/Gym facilities and a free swimming pool all on site, also with breakfast for a price (we didn't take as so many good eating options local to the hotel) and a restaurant) The only downside/issue was with the room itself. I'm very much the type of person who believes the hotel room is mainly just to sleep in, so if its clean and comfy then that is generally fine. However some reviews mention the dated rooms - yes they are dated, TV is nice and new and furniture is dated which wasn't an issue. The bathroom however was not good. They offer a bath - that the plug didn't work and just drained the water straight away (plug is built into the bath itself). The shower while it worked was leaking and some of the shower buttons where damaged. The door to room had its latch fitted incorrectly so you could not latch lock the door if you wanted to either. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and with the location and staff I would definitely stay again, no questions asked just being a Hilton brand and for the price you'd think the little maintenance issues would be sorted.

The old furniture wasn't the issue, but the awful smell of dirty, old carpet and the additional stench from an unused shower were. The lack of soundproof rooms was also a problem—we could hear our neighbors arguing until midnight and starting again at 5 AM. We couldn't believe this hotel could have four stars. It casts a shadow on the DoubleTree brand. Simply cleaning the carpet and chair covers would have made a big difference. I added the second star for the small pool, sauna, and gym. The breakfasts were decent.

Fantastic stay in large, well equipped room with great shower. The spa was the perfect way to relax and massage was expert, soothing back and shoulders from the day walking around Old Town. Breakfast was of good quality, hot and plentiful. Filip in Cloud Restaurant deserves a mention as a knowledgeable and welcoming host whose service was attentive but unobtrusive. Thank you DoubleTree Bratislava for a great weekend.

Very short visit, nice staff, really helpful. Didn’t get a chance to use hotels facilities, room was nice and clean. shower was also good , They have underground parking that’s with additional cost. breakfast was very good and great variety of choices. Not sure about the location and what’s nearby

It was my best adventure in top hotel category: - based on my milk allergy extra meals were served for me during our business events - room, meals and personal as in a 5 star hotel - well organised service I worked for a french hotel chain, so I had a quite spread view not only from guest side, so: Thank you!

We just spent the weekend at the Bratislava Hilton Doubletree Hotel because we were attending a wedding in a small border village in Austria which was a 20 minute drive away. I did not know the best way to get there and return to the hotel late at night so I inquired at the front desk if the taxi service, "Bolt" would be able to take us. Lubica explained that since it was a small village it would probably be best to arrange to have a car take us and then pick us up at a pre-designated time. She proactively offered to arrange this for us and after I agreed with a large feeling of relief, she proceeded to do so. After making the arrangements, she gave me a business card with the phone number of the car service on it, in case we needed to call. I then asked the best way to get to the Vienna airport the next day and she helped us arrange a car service for that as well. Most importantly, both the car service to the small village wedding and the car service early in the morning to the airport came right on time and provided excellent service. We actually had to call the car service that brought us to the small village because the wedding ended earlier than we had anticipated. Even though it was late at night, they answered the phone right away and picked us up in exactly 20 minutes which was how long it took them to drive to us, if they had left immediately. Lubica stayed in touch with us every step of the way when making the arrangements to ensure everything went smoothly. She answered all my questions and concerns both in person and on the phone later, with patience and an upbeat attitude. I can not express my heartfelt appreciation enough for her attentive and outstanding service. As an older couple in a foreign land, we felt secure and well taken care of. Hilton management, if you are reading this, please give Lubica a raise!!
