Trip.com has not confirmed with the hotel when we arrived there. The Hotel reception had to contact trip.com hotline and it made us to wait for a while.

The hotel was in a great location as it's not far from theatre, shopping and other amenities. Only down side is the shower head really badly needed de-scaleing.

The room was very comfortable. I didn't have any noise issues. But most importantly, the staff was really helpful and knowledgeable

Windows don't open! 2 star penalty for that. Why oh why do people think we don't deserve fresh air?! These rooms aren't exactly cheap you know. We deserve the basic common courtesy of having fresh air when we feel the need for it. It's bad enough almost every hotel felt the need to install those damnable "child friendly" limits on the rooms that DO open. But having us locked inside a room like hamsters on display is just inexcusable. Everything else is ok, shame about the windows. Reception was real friendly as expected with most Premier Inns.

Super lovely reception staff who helped with directions and were happy to lend me a charging cable for my phone. Location was great, right in the city centre just a short walk from shops and o2 academy where we saw a gig. NCP car park was an absolute rip off! Reception staff gave me a discount card which was great, worth mentioning you are parked nearby to get that bit of money off. Room was well set up and clean. A little tired and absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. We left all of our belongings stank too. In all I would recommend and return in the future.

Great Central place to stay if your visiting Bristol for shopping or gigs. Car park right across the road, very reasonably priced for 24 hours. Found it very quiet stay apart from the inconsiderate people who let there doors bang when they either entered or left their room. Lovely sized room, with a walk in shower. Very clean. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. We flew into Bristol from Spain, for a long weekend pre-Xmas break. Took the airport flyer from the airport straight to Bristol bus station, and the premier inn was an easy walk, less than 5 minutes away. Great location for shopping and the Bristol hippodrome. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Please have some decaf tea and coffee available! It is readily available at other premier inns. Would certainly book this hotel again.

Room was very clean, check in staff were extremely helpful and the bed was really comfortable gave us a great nights sleep. The location of the hotel was really central and only a short walk from the bus station. The bathroom was spotless and ample hot water.

Everything you'd expect from a Premier inn! Clean and comfortable, great reception staff and an ideal location for some Christmas shopping! (Thanks Joe for the cocktails recommendations!) Just don't bother eating at the attached brewers fayre, it's just grim!

Arrived late for a work event the following day and was greeted by extremely friendly staff on reception. I did just want to crash in my room, but unfortunately the room to which I was allocated hadn't been cleaned or made up from the previous guest, so I was greeted by wet towels on the floor, empty wine bottles and used mugs. When I complained to reception, the lady was terribly apologetic and found me a new (very clean) room. However the whole experience added at least 20 mins onto my night when I just wanted to crash into bed after a long train journey, and I would say put a dampener on the whole experience of this hotel. I'd have thought at least the offer of a complimentary breakfast might have taken the wind out of my sails, but this wasn't the case and noone from the management contacted to apologise for my inconvenience the following day.
