Planning a trip to Africa with my family It was a trip with three generations. The owner of the accommodation, Mr. JJ, was very kind. I was introduced to many things I had a hard time because my baggage did not arrive from Korea. Thanks to CEO JJ, I was able to visit the airport in 5 days. I found my luggage Maybe more time has passed to claim your baggage. The disappointing thing is that the wifi was difficult. thank you

We have stayed for 9 nights.. very comfortable.. flexible staff and management.. Good service.. place is worth more than what i paid.

Hubby and I really enjoyed our stay at Ramasibi GH. It is clean, friendly staff, relaxing and peaceful, food at the Cafe is AMAZING and we would definitely go again. Felt like home🥰

They really know how to handle individuals and they have one of the best breakfast out there.I would go back any chance I have.

Highly recommend this place , the service was 100% WiFi connection in the rooms was poor , maybe if they can try and fix that.

Ramasibi is a very pleasant guesthouse. Breakfast was good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. If staying on the other side of the road from the main building, parking can be an issue.

The bathroom light was super dim, slippery shower, couldnt get bath to fill. Basic instant coffee (frisco) and decanted milk. Place smells like oil from restaurant. Old ugly finishes. Really needs update

I completely enjoyed our stay. The staff was exceptionally excellent, accommodating, friendly and efficient. Everything one would want in a Guest House experience!

Rooms are old and dirty! Staff are not welcoming or friendly ! Rooms look nothing like the online photos! Our room was so old and not clean! Bathroom was unhygienic- grout in shower/bath was disgusting and full of black mould! Bathplug even hung on old rubber band and all black and mouldy! Hot and cold water on basin mixed up! Can only use the kettle if you unplug the fridge! Beds are well used! We arrived in the evening following my fathers funeral and if we had a choice we would have left! Borrowed a hairdryer but need to supply your own adapter. Had to ask for another towel as only had one - towels are also well used and grey. No mirror other than the one in the bathroom - so difficult to dry hair and apply make up. Strange door in the bathroom which has access to the laundry - which also looks disgustingly untidy and dirty! I have travelled all over the world and this one is definitely the worst place I have ever stayed.
