Very good

nice place, but the bathroom have lack of maintenance cause the water overflow to outside of bathroom. need to improve more.

The hotel is far away from the gas station. There is a peculiar smell in the room. The staff is very friendly. However, the location of the hotel determines that the silence at night is not very good. If you have trouble sleeping, it is not recommended to stay. It is similar to domestic two-star and three-star hotel chains.

The room is relatively small, economical and fast, the hygiene is average, the breakfast is okay, it is close to the airport, the surrounding area is relatively remote, there is McDonald's and KFC, there is a gas station in front of the hotel, and you can park for free at the door.

At first, I thought I would have a great time at this hotel but turned out to be the worst experience ever. Sewer gas infiltrated the room from the toilet. The heating system was way too hot and uncontrollable. I thought I was gonna die. The room was big put poorly organized. Noisy to boot.

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast variety of options and very tasty. Staff very helpfull and service is very fast.

Firstly,my stay at this hotel was an embarrassment for my husband (a diamond member) and I, as well as our other family members (my sister and her husband) whom were traveling and celebrating with us (my husband and sisters birthday). Upon arrival, with all lights turned off, the appearance seemed eerie and uninviting. However my husband, family members, and I, were extremely tired from traveling, and we were just satisfied with arriving at the hotel. With the front desk attendant having a hard English language and a customer-oriented approach. The front desk staff member the second night, presented a charming personality and strong English language skills. Breakfast the next morning was average, with the kitchen staff being the only notable aspect of our stay. Overall, this Hilton hotel did not measure up to my previous experiences at other Hilton properties in Istanbul. Furthermore, my stay in the room left much to be desired. The refrigerator's cooling capacity was insufficient, and the air conditioning would abruptly stop working during the night, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Taking a shower was also an unpleasant experience due to the excessively cold water temperature. To add to the list of disappointments, the bar staff's language skills were found wanting, and their reliance on Google for cocktail recipes proved futile, making it impossible for my husband and me to enjoy a leisurely drink. As Hilton Diamond members, my husband and I have a card on file, allowing us to charge our wine and beer etc.. to our room. However, our fellow travelers encountered our bill discrepancy at check-out, and being threatened with police resulting in a regrettable confrontation that left me feeling embarrassed. Lastly, included, either following or arriving prior to, will be a screenshot of the receipt that I received. This receipt is what my family had to pay. My family met me at the airport, as we had to take separate taxis, they were more than 20 minutes behind because of this. And the 20 minutes was the most stressful part, as I am trying to catch a flight and we are traveling together. Upon my family’s arrival I was given the receipt and the first thing noticed was a copy of a credit card receipt printout. Meaning it wasn’t itemized and I was unable to review the receipt with staff for any discrepancies.

Very disappointed and unsatisfied. The room was still dirty, everything was greasy and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. We checked in and then went to sleep and was woken up by room service trying to get into our room, not once, but twice, and then afterwards tried knocking on. The mugs were still dirty and had lip marks and coffee marks. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night as a pitstop before flying back to England. I do not recommend this hotel!

I took this hotel in order to short my travel time the day after. The hotel is just medium - Don't expect the Hilton experience People are nice (like in all Turkey) The room are old but spacious The view is ... :-( as well as the breakfast

I always stay at this hotel because of excellent customer service. Mr POLAT on reception is always very helpful and always treating me with respect and great care. The only reason i stay at your hotel is because of MR POLAT excellent service and customer care . As a diamond member he always upgraded my stay and always make sure of the comfort He should deserve a great appreciation.

During my business trip around BOSB Tuzla I always prefer tonstay at this hotel. The service given by the crew was above my expectations. Specially service given by Mr. Polat, Ms Bahar and Yasmine at the front desk. Also the waiter at the restaurant are very helpfull. Murat, Ergin and Aslı. Definitely will stay here in my upcoming business trip in the near future.

Hotel somewhat close to SAW airport. Staff was amazing. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was better than expected and a nice buffet. this was a Really good value for the money. I would definitely stay here again.
