We just got home from a wonderful stay at this resort and I was sad to leave. From the minute we got there and were able to check in early, everything was beyond my high expectations. The gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The grounds are so beautiful with lovely ornamental trees and water features throughout. It felt like we were staying in the middle of a Japanese garden. So peaceful and serene. We loved our room and especially the outdoor deck with super comfy, thickly cushioned swivel rockers and lounge chairs. I spent lots of time out there enjoying the sounds of a fountain. We stayed in an extra deluxe king room with the September Bed and Breakfast special. Breakfast was delicious (we got the breakfast sandwich). The pool and hot tub were a nice feature that we took advantage of. I am already planning a return trip here!

My wife and I were visiting the Cape for 2 nights and we wanted a centrally located home base that was comfortable. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to have found this hotel. The room was perfect. The grounds are beautiful. They even have a Koi pond. Staff is friendly and eager to please. It’s the closest we could come to feeling comfortable like we were home, while being away from home. This will be our go to whenever we visit the Cape.

So relaxing! The grounds are impeccably kept. The pool and hot tub are very clean and in lovely surroundings. We had an Executive Deluxe room, and it was very comfortable. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. Just outstanding.

This is our third stay at PBV and I’m already looking forward to coming back. We booked a two bedroom cottage and couldn’t have been happier with the space and cleanliness. Housekeeping does an outstanding job here. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen makes breakfast and lunch prep easy if desired. I spent several lovely hours reading my book on the porch in between trips to the beach. Until next time!

Exactly what we expected based on reviews. Nice private setting in the gardens with bamboo pool/jacuzzi and koi fish pond. Super clean cozy rooms. Delicious breakfast and lunch. Little too close to main road but somehow that didn’t interrupt our sleep much.

Loved this place. Great location. Easy to get wherever you wish to go. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very accommodating. But the property is AMAZING. So beautiful and serene. And Johnny’s blueberry muffins are a must!! Best I’ve ever had. Brought some back to Ohio with me. The hydrangeas on Chatham were unbelievable. Can’t wait to go back.
