There was no one there so I didn't know how to check in.

wonderful hotel

The hotel really has a great price-performance ratio! Everything looks very new and fresh and the hotel doesn't seem to be old yet. The connection to the S-Bahn is good. The room is small, but not cramped, just functional. I can very well imagine staying here again on my next trip to Düsseldorf! Thank you very much. You can check in online on site at a machine or via WhatsApp. I did it via WhatsApp and found it quick and user-friendly. If there are any problems, the phone number is everywhere.

It's clean and very convenient to live alone. No one will disturb you. It's quiet. There's a Chinese restaurant and a gas station and a supermarket downstairs. You can buy basically everything you need. But checking in is very inconvenient!!! Enter the message on the drone and finally use the password to enter the room. It takes some patience

Generally, it's OK for a temporary stay of one night

There is no front desk and no English. With the friendly help of a German-speaking guest, I called the back office to get the door lock code. The result was good but the process was tortuous.
