Good experience in staying in this hotel. Even though it was a single night, but its location was really good as well as quality of hotel.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights, but I had an emergency to leave the hotel a day early. I asked for refund but the hotel refused to give me money back. Plus they took 100$ for what I didn’t even know. Overall it was a bad experience.

It was a one day stay. Had to wait for check in because rooms were not punched. But waited anyway. Seems as if someone was smoking something though. Also a little noisy outside at 6 am-ish. The stay was ok though.

Love the new food selection of sandwiches, ice cream bars, chips, and the fact that you are trying to have more of a variety of food and snacks! As usual,beautiful hotel. Friendly crew. Loved my stay. Thank you!!!

The location is nice. Rooms are clean. Parking is limited though.

This was an older hotel than we thought, but it was in good condition, quiet and clean. The employees were very helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Absolutely cost-effective. It is close to Northwestern University and can be reached on foot, so it is very suitable for visiting the campus. There is even a small area on the first floor selling Northwestern University peripherals (but we did not buy).

The location is very good and the transportation and shopping nearby are convenient. I don't know if there is a separate parking lot if I don't drive. The front desk service is very thoughtful and the facilities and sanitary conditions are also good.

The hotel breakfast is not buffet, it is not cost-effective to include breakfast!

Standard for chain hotels. The surrounding area is under renovation. It's an older hotel. The rooms are relatively large.
