Comfort, clean and cozy

Hotel rooms are provided with smart service but command language to run devices are only in Chinese language. no option for English language and no menu service is provided in room to order food. Staff will knock once or twice on your door, if you don't respond they will directly open your room.

Excellent room with a great view. The location is next to the MixC mall and there are lots of places to eat around the area, especially late night options.

Great location near to CTR

Ctrip booking upgraded the deluxe lake view room, which is larger than other rooms. It faces Central Park and has a first-class view from high floors. The layout of the facilities in the room is very good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a special dressing table followed by a washbasin. The sofa, table and living room by the window are very spacious and well-ventilated. It shares the 55th floor high-altitude breakfast restaurant with the Hong Kong Mandarin Hotel, with rich meals and 4-star service and configuration. It is a Western restaurant during the day and at night, which is great for birthdays or holiday parties. There is also a Skyline Soho Bar, where you can sit and relax at night, and it is cost-effective. Convenient transportation, the commercial atmosphere of the Mixc, Fifth Avenue and other commercial buildings and snack streets downstairs is strong, and there are many choices of food.

Located in the city center, chain shopping malls, pedestrian streets, Central Park, artificial lakes, sunset and moonrise, everything is available, the design is novel, the breakfast is acceptable, but the wifi is not available

The hotel is located in the center, with many small shops downstairs, and taxis are convenient. The layout of the room is well designed. There is a dressing table next to the wash basin. There is no wardrobe, but the hanging clothes are well designed and easy to access. The room was overall clean, but the carpet in the corners felt a little dirty. The front desk service and staff had no attitude at all. They did not say hello or smile when meeting. They even had no tone when calling the front desk.

High-rise hotel with nice view, new room facilities, reasonable layout, large and comfortable area. Downstairs is Mixc, convenient for eating and drinking. Shared underground parking lot with Mixc, convenient parking on non-holidays, plenty of parking spaces. When we checked in, it was the Spring Festival holiday, and there were many cars in the underground parking lot, which was a bit messy. The hotel should add more parking instructions to let guests know which area to park close to the hotel elevator.

The room is clean and odorless. The rooftop bar has a nice view. Drinking a special drink in the evening can relieve fatigue.
