Near metro station. Not so many restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good. Carpet needs some cleaning

Very convenient, nearby alot restaurant for us to have our late dinner after a long day business visiting

Satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Located near metro station, eateries, pharmacy and supermarket. Love their breakfast. Room was big and comfortable. They provide almost everything we need. Hair dryer, weight scale, charger adapter, toiletries, mini bar, washer and dryer came with free detergent. The front staff helped us to order takeout through a local food delivery app, a robot delivered our foods to our doorstep. I love their separated shower and toilet. Coming from a southeast Asian country, i feel like the only downside is that their toilets dont have bidets. But overall, it was an amazing stay.

Considerable so so only not a wow customer service. However value the air conditioning works very good especially during summer. Only last day I know the fridge drinks are free - nice one!!

We are from Thailand. This hotel i will recommend to my friend for sure. I have book cozy room but smelling of smoking then the front desk upgreat to deluxe room floor instead. In addition the bottle of water at the down stair you can grab anytime! When we come to Guangzhou we will book thus hotel again for sure!

It was relaxing, the hotel was relatively clean, and the bed was made every day. The breakfast could have had more variety, but overall, it was okay. I would recommend this hotel if someone needs a place to unwind. The surrounding area has mostly local Chinese shops, with the mall about a 25-minute drive. However, if one enjoys using the subway, it's a feet away. Exit the hotel, then turn right, cross 2 intersections at the stoplights, then make a left, and you'll find it. The bus terminal is also near the subway entrance.

Hotel is Nice and clean, but facilities is a little bit old for some places, breakfast is nice and enough to eat, lobby is a bit dark, overall it is good to stay for this price

Pretty good hotel to stay, there is a street near by with the shops and restaurants. And it’s 5 mins walk from subway station.

Pro: near to train station Service staff attends to our needs help us to catch cockroach( as big as a thumb size!) Lobby is filled with bottle drinking water for self service Cons: -some distance to the main shopping district -rooms are not sound proof , construction near by could be heard in the early morning -has many mosquitoes bites!!! Despite using the electric insects repellent and applied topical spray too!

The location is near bus stop and the metro. There is also a restaurant and a convenience store near the building. Very easy to navigate. The room is spacious and breakfast is good for its value. I would recommend this hotel especially if you are looking for value in your money. Thanks!

I booked a non-smoking room, but upon check-in, the hotel informed me that no standard rooms were available and assigned us a smoking room instead. This was very disappointing and unacceptable, as it did not meet my reservation expectations. Fortunately, the room did not have a smoke smell, which was the only positive aspect of the situation. However, I still found it unacceptable that my original booking for a non-smoking room was not honored.
