Overall not that bad , average with good location full of restaurant , will stay if visit to Guangzhou

The hotel was alright for the money. Loved the high floor and the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel.

xiaomei at the front was kind. I am satisfied with the most things of the hotel but the smell of the room. Location was the best.

Very good location right next to the metro station entrance. Hotel room was clean and in good condition. Waiting time for elevators was very long as hotel rooms are located on high floors. Hotel staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and welcoming.

Location is just next to major tourism area, but the property is terrible, it mixed with residences, hotel and a high traffic restaurant. The elevator is packed all times. In addition, the hotel does not have robot to deliver takeaway to room. It is very inconvenience to go back and forth to pick up delivery from room to front office. Overall the hotel is over-rated

It’s not for foreigner because no one can speak English even one word . Most worst things are I booked two room , 1 is twin bed and 1 is queen bed with big size room, but I got both twin bed and I again told reception to give me as my booking order then they changed key and gave me same type room , it’s mean there are no criteria of booking room and availability , they give us whatever their availability . So I don’t recommend any one for this hotel.

Excellent location. In top of two metro lines. Room was cleaned daily. It provided both robe and slippers. Attention to detail. Also has self service laundry. Front desk personnel are helpful to recommend itinerary and shops. Very nice view on 45 floor. Highly recommended.

They unfortunately don't speak English. The bathtub was broken. We pay for the view but the windows are dirty, it's not very nice to look through.
