During your stay, due to the problems of the air conditioning and swimming pool, please allow me to express the most sincere apologies to you on behalf of the hotel.The first underground floor of the hotel is directly accessible to the B entrance of the subway station of Xingminglu on Line 7, we can take 7 stops to Wushan Square Station and reach West Lake. Most of the restaurants near the hotel are closed due to the Spring Festival holiday, and Chinese and western restaurants are available in the hotel. I apologize again for the inconvenience caused to you. I have immediately shared your feedback with relevant departments and taken effective actions to rectify it.Thank you again for your valuable advice, I believe that through our continuous improvement, the hotel will be a more perfect attitude to meet your arrival.
