Good location clean and tidy room with great shower. Excellent service at check in where there was some confusion over my booking which was related to their system and suitable sorted by reception staff. Good food and bar at acceptable prices 🌹🙏

The room was unusable because the aircon was loudly broken. They said there were no other rooms and agreed to cancel the reservation, so I walked next door to the Marriott. Then they denied my cancellation request in Trip.com.

Staff are very helpful, when we first arrived our room smelt strange so they helped us switch rooms with no problems. Location is good. Breakfast is very expensive for what it is, £13.50 for basic fry up and fruit.

The room was not as advertised and it was much smaller than advertised. No phone in the room so I had to be walking to front desk to get information . No iron or ironing board in roo. And no safe to secure monies passport etc.

Basic hotel with a good location for the airport. You can always walk into Hillingdon if you need restaurants or a pub.

Actually had stayed at the other Ibis further down the same road, the room was bigger and the alcohol was far more reasonable in price. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues than helping me check in, I had left them earlier and just wanted to check in to my room. Very frustrating having a poster with a pint and a pizza, and then when I asked for it, we are not doing it... Check out lady this morning was delightful.
