Days Wyndham Hotel jilin Railway Station Reviews

HI stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and its proximity to the railway station was very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, communication was a bit challenging since no one at the reception spoke English. Despite this, the overall experience was decent, especially for travelers looking for a clean place near transport hubs.

Very surprised that as an international chain this hotel has no room service. For international traveler without local phone number it is impossible to book food delivery online. By international standard this is a lower end 4 star hotel in terms of amenities and service. The front office double up as concierge.

The room temperature was 32 degrees and could not be adjusted. The floor heating was a bit too hot. I was woken up by the heat in the middle of the night and did not sleep well for two consecutive days, which seriously affected my travel status. Other service facilities were ok, but the bathing tickets were not as good as taking a bath in the room.

The hotel is good value for money. It is next to the train station, which is very convenient for taking the train. The bath center next to it is a bit watery, the front desk is arrogant, and there are so many people at night that you have to queue up for a bath. So I feel that the staff will not scrub you seriously, and will just do it in a perfunctory manner. The bath tickets you get can't do anything, and you have to pay extra to get in, it's up to you. The advantage is that it is next to the hotel, so you don't have to go out, just walk through a corridor. If you haven't scrubbed a bath before and want to experience it, it's still very convenient. The promotion of the bath center made me laugh, which fully reflects the sense of humor of the people in Northeast China.
