We stayed at this hotel for one day. It is very close to the KSRTC bus terminal and the Metro terminal, making access to the hotel very easy. The staff are courteous and ready to provide any support, especially the front office manager and the front desk staff. The room is spacious, neat, and clean. The housekeeping service is very efficient. The room is equipped with a Google Smart TV and has clean and tidy bathrooms fitted with new fixtures. The breakfast, which is complimentary, offers a limited selection but is sufficient for a traveler. I highly recommend this hotel.

Mine was superior room without breakfast, everything was perfectly alright as i expected, staff was polite. Place was clean air conditioner was well maintained and the toilets were neat and tidy all over it was as i expected.

Room were not good, not clean, insects were there. Bathroom was also not good. Even they didnt provided alternate room option.
