Babymoon Hotel（Kunming old street）

Very clean room at a great location, within walking distance to many eateries and tourist attractions. The best thing about this hotel is their service! Every single staff member is exceptional! Many thanks to the team! 🙏

Perfect location for travelers, near to old street and shopping mall. Great services by a couple of ladies. Good breakfast provided by the hotel. I will come again.

1. The front desk staff were very helpful; we arrived at midnight, and he was still able to provide us with excellent service. 2. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. 3. Nanping Street and Shuncheng Street are conveniently located just across from the hotel. 4. We received a flower cake as a complimentary gift after checking out.

Had a great experience staying here! The location is superb and what’s even more amazing is their customer service. Though this is only a 4 star hotel, their customer service is top-notch, deserved to be 5 star. Even before the stay, the hotel reached out to be if I need some decoration for my room. Without even a second thought they will assist you with your luggage when checking in and out. They also called to our room if we needed any night snacks and delivered it up. I encountered numerous hiccups with my taobao deliveries and they took the initiative to assist and contact the delivery company. The hotel also serves wonderful breakfast at the lobby and there’s a corner in the lobby where snacks are served at specific timing. What’s interesting is that you can make your own tea/coffee. The hotel also has laundry room for everyone to use at no costs. I would like to specially thank 凤凰 and 欣玉 for their excellent service and hospitality! ❤️
