Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The housekeeping aunty was friendly. The hotel will send robot to deliver fruits on your first day. I luv the TV and toilet bowl which come with heated seat and electric bidet. The laundry room was also fantastic. Overall I’m very impressed with this hotel except for the afternoon tea provision is kind of disappointing.

Great hotel in a great central location. Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are well appointed, quiet, extremely clean and beds and beddings very comfortable. Breakfast has just the right balance between variety and quality. Front desk organized a tour for me to Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple without any hassle. It's a short 10 to 15 minutes Didi ride to just about anywhere in Luoyang and I enjoyed the food court at the mall just across the road from the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Luoyang.

The service provided by Ms Zhang was excellent. She was very helpful in answering our queries and giving suggestions on where to go. The hotel beds are very comfortable and clean. Having a laundry room is an added bonus for leisure travellers on a long trip. Though the hotel is not near any metro, getting around to various sites is easy with Didi. Highly recommended.

A delightful surprise was the complimentary ice cream offered in the hotel lobby—a sweet treat that added to the overall experience. Breakfast was nice as well blending a diversified Chinese style with Western elements, catering to a variety of tastes. Great new hotel just location slightly off from main attractions

We are a family of 4 adults. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room has a beautiful view overlooking the lake and the room is equipped with 2 types of USB outlets.
