TQ for the feee upgrade to Deluxe Suite, instantly recommend our friend who wish to travel Macau soon !

Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here! The facilities were great - we really took advantage of the free water cooler in the lobby. Really liked that they provided coffee and apples in the rooms too, on top of all the pillows and blankets! The service is fantastic too - Erica and KaYee were really nice and helpful, whether it came to adding an extra bed or where to get good cheap food nearby. The art is also just really cool - it’s everywhere - and they’ve even got QR codes for you to scan if you’re further interested in the work and artist. 10/10 would recommend to stay. We will come back if we come Macao again. Cheers!

The hotel location is good. Walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the places of interest and bus stop. Food and supermarkets can easily be found in hotel surroundings. Staff are courtesy and helpful.

As we booked the room on-day, so no more double bed was available. Other than that, I still recommend this hotel in terms of the room size and cleanliness. Also, the hotel has different artistic features to make it special from the others with same price.

The hotel is cute the room is good, very very good service staff is very helpful, it is close to many restaurants and there is 7-11 Supermarket near the hotel convenient transportation very impressed. 😊 If I have a chance to go to Macau again I will definitely stay again. ❤️

Clean room and quality service for guests. Definitely recommend Ms. Emily, English-speaking and friendly staff.

Check in took so long. I booked the room under my name and added my friend as another guest. But my name does'nt appear in their sytem. It took a while before they told me that they still need the ID of my friend to be able to check in. They have limited staffs who can communicate in English. The room i booked is not the same as the room that was given to us. The bathroom shower cannot be controlled. It's either too hot or too cold and you need to hold the shower when you bath because it cannot be adjusted. The hotel is newly renovated and the design of the room is actually pretty nice but it is small and not spacious.

The room was cozy and clean. Hallways are clean and smelled fresh. I love the number light at the foot of the door. The front desk staff are very helpful. I had many questions and they helped with all. The room was not noisy. I could not hear anyone in their rooms. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Senado Square and about 15/ 20 minutes from the Grand Lisboa. You can take the MT4 bus from the 7eleven near the hotel to see the Venetian, Studio City and other attractions in that area. If you get to the hotel before check in time, you can store your bags and go tour around until it’s time.

Location and room size are ok. However, there’s an issue with the noise as you can hear next door tv sound and people talking and closing doors in the corridor

It is amazing that this is a real full service hotel at this price. Some of the hotel guests were noisy vacationers. While this is not really the hotel's fault, perhaps signs could be posted to remind guests that some need more sleep than others, particularly after midnight. Nevertheless Hotel S was a great deal.

Worth the value to stay in this boutique hotel. The room is well equipped with all the amenities and a Nespresso machine. Walking distance to all the attractioms. Can take the free shuttle buses from ferry terminal and reach porte 16 hotel within 10mins by walk to this premise.

Good coffee and nice

The location of the hotel is quite good, close to some of the attractions, but some of them require public transportation. The hotel service was also good, and the hotel concept was very creative.
