1. The room I was given was totally off from what I booked. Thank you to the patient front desk staff, the issue was resolved after 2 rounds of changes. However the room was not as new as shown in the trip.com picture which I booked the room from. Compared to Korea, it was really a disappointment
2. Toilet bowl was shaky and took 2 days for hotel to fix it and by then we were about to leave.
3. Stains were found in bedsheet and our towels.
4. On our last night stay, we wanted to have a drink at the lounge..we were told due to a private event we need to pay a surcharge of 20euro each if we wanted to be seated in.. as hotel guests I don't think this is acceptable. After much waiting, then we were told we could have our drink at an alternative lounge but why didn't we being told from the start? The alternative place was at the hotel lobby with little attention given and I got to take the menu myself to my seat! Is that something to be expected from a 5 star hotel like Westin?
