We stayed only 1 night hoping to see sunrise but unluckily the cloud/pollution level were a lot even at the mountain where the resort is located. We had a great time there with beer and play games until late night. 1 disappointed thing is we were informed that the pool is heated pool but it is not heated at all, so we didn’t get to do swimming there. The hotel also have a taxi service for us from hotel to airport in a convenient truck with AC! Overall are good

Was able to make a video. Cannot post that one on Trip app. For this trip to Nepal, I had a driver scheduled ahead of time to make the drive up there in the dark easier. Pay extra if they stay or go down. No need to leave the property, but lovely locals in both road directions. It seems lots of people take their motorbikes up. There’s even college students and bus groups. Some vacant and less expensive hostels, but this location has everything needed. I think it’s a good night or two to stay. I arrived dinner and stayed two nights. All employees wonderful. Binod said Hotel can help arrange driver, but the bus also comes up. Sunrise depends on fog. Good either way.

Excellent location for viewing the mountain - the rest depends on the weather. You need to take a taxi to and from the mountain. It is a bit inconvenient to call a taxi. The hotel is large and the spa is very comfortable. The food is of high quality and tastes good every time. The service staff, especially the manager, are very professional.

Except for the small room and the old room, everything else is pretty good. I really don't know how the hotels in Nepal rated the stars. The 4 stars in the room are really not as good as the 3 stars. The waiter is very friendly, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. Due to the weather, I didn’t see the Himalayas. They even sent a photo. Room 101 is located at the highest position and has the best view

The view and service was amazing……. Food was great…….Room service was good room were nice. ………..Even in winter the pool was heated. Staff were great and friendly….. We had an amazing experience here we would really have to visit this place again……

The perfect spot for some rest & relaxation. Just what I was looking for!! The staff are incredible, the mountain views and sunrise are simply stunning, bed was very comfortable, rooms were a great size and the buffet breakfast was delicious! The onsite spa was also amazing :) I would highly recommend this place!

The hotel is situated at the most beautiful views and the best spots in Nagarkot. The sunrise view from the hotel and the overall view from the room balcony is worth staying and spending over the place. The hospitality, service and overall environment is the best that I could ever ask for. 100% recommend to stay for a perfect vacation.
