Very convenient location near the city centre, with food options. Also convenient if visiting the southern part of Okinawa.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Naha had its positive moments, but there were several disappointments, notably the parking experience and the breakfast spread. Despite booking well in advance and specifying our need for accessible parking due to an elderly, disabled family member, we were told upon arrival that the on-site parking was full. Frustratingly, other guests—Japanese-speaking and arriving after us—were allowed to park on-site, which felt inconsistent and dismissive of our needs.
The hotel directed us to a nearby commercial car park, but the directions were vague, causing us to circle the area three times before finding it. We ultimately had to return to the lobby for more precise instructions. This added stress and delay was especially inconvenient, given our situation.
The breakfast experience also left us disappointed. Although affordably priced, the selection was minimal, lacking variety and quality we expected from a Hyatt property. With such a limited spread, breakfast felt underwhelming and not reflective of the hotel’s usual standards.
While our stay had some comfortable aspects, the lack of consideration in parking arrangements and limited breakfast options diminished the overall experience. We hope the Hyatt Regency Naha improves these areas to better meet the needs of future guests.

I think hotels is all about beds and cleanse. How old is this hotel? Looks like mattress was never changed since construction date, there is a hole, like a trench, room 1107, if you would.
Walls are dirty, never cleaned.
Plumbing is clean, room big enough, customers are mostly chinese.
Breakfast not worth the price.
Location is good.
Hope managers who don’t care about renovation will sleep in this hotels beds every day.

Hyatt Regency Naha is a good base when travelling to Okinawa. It is close to Kokusai Dori, a long street with shops and restaurants, smaller markets, and the pottery street. It is about a 10-min walk to the monorail. It is also a short taxi ride to the port to get a ferry to another island and the Naha airport. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced for a modest selection. There's a lot of places to eat in the area, however. Staff are wonderful and helpful.

This Hyatt located at the corner of the most busy street Kokusai Dori where you can eat and shop easily. A 8 minutes walk to the Yui Rail by which you can travel around the south of Naha. My room is very clean and tidy. The cleaner makes up everyday even the hotel policy states they only do every 3 days. Sleep is quite and cosy. But the room is not big enough
to open my two cases. Breakfast is excellent. A large variety of choice and food replaced quickly. The daily made fresh juice with bits are my favour. I left my iPhone in the cafe one morning and they kept it safe for me. I missed this cafe when I am writing this comment.
The only shortage is the swimming pool is small and there is only one jacuzzi. A bit crowdy around 4pm. May be I shall go in the morning next time.

Don’t be fooled, this hotel is extremely old and requiring significant upkeep and renovation to meet 5 star standards.
Staff stand back and watch you struggle carrying your luggage, ask for your name on check in and write it on a piece of paper only to be asked another 2 times by check in staff.
The most disappointing aspect was the pool area closed off in 25 degree celcius temperatures. It is clear the hotel is cost cutting by closing the pool area from Dec-Feb as many other hotels in the area have open pools as they know Okinawa is warm in February.
The “whirlpool” was dirty, covered in mould and grime requiring a good clean. The fitness centre was OK along with the size of the room.
I would not recommend this property, choose another hotel.

Great location and flawless service. When we first entered the room, there was a bit of stuffy moody smell. Luckily it went away fairly quickly after turning the AC on.
