Excellent service and very clean room. A very good experience. One of the best hotels I have stayed in in China. Also there's a a robot in the lobby. I'm not sure what it does, but I was impressed. The attendant at the desk named Gu Ying was especially helpful. Many thanks! I will choose this hotel next time in Nanjing.

The location is very convenient. Although it is an old four-star hotel, the service is really good. The two customer service staff, Wang Feng and Xu Guixian, also gave us four bottles of water and toiletries for the two adults and two children. The hotel also provides a WeChat butler for consultation. Various travel routes and ticketing services. In short, we are very satisfied with the hotel we stayed in during this trip to Nanjing.

I booked a king-size room, but it couldn't be on the same floor as another standard room. The staff arranged two standard rooms for free, which was very considerate. It was quiet at night, the room was clean, and the children and the elderly lived very comfortably.
