Great hotel location - would suggest it for those who wish to spend time on Dotonbori street/go to Nara & Kyoto during the day.

Room is spacious and fully equipped by facilities eg. washer and dryer and a simple pantry. Room is very clean as well. the only weak point is the location, about 10-15mins walking distance from nagahoribashi station, luckily there are family marts nearby. definitely will come again in coming osaka trip!

Disadvantages: The website says the size is 28 square meters, but the actual size is at most 20 square meters, which is seriously reduced and misreported. During the 3 nights, the garbage bags were not changed (the garbage in the front had a smell), and there was no room service. The location is bad, 10 minutes further away from the commercial street than nearby hotels of the same price. There is no breakfast, which makes the price seem even higher. The price of a room with this kind of service is at most half the price. I really don't know how much PR was done to set up this hotel? I really regret booking this hotel. Very bad review.

It feels like a place surrounded by many subway stations, but it takes about 10 minutes to get to each subway station. But the facilities in the room are very complete, including cooking stoves, tableware, kitchen utensils, washing machines and dryers. There is also a small terrace, which is really comfortable! ! The toilet and bathroom are separate, which is also convenient.

It is basically the same as a double room, except that there is an extra single bed and the chair is moved away, so there is no chair in the room.

The location is convenient. You can walk to Shinsaibashi in ten minutes. The accommodation is fully equipped. You can add toilet supplies in the lobby by yourself. The room is also very spacious. The bathroom also has a drying system, which is very convenient. This is a self-service hotel and B&B, so no one will serve you in the lobby. I will still choose this B&B next time I visit Osaka.

It is considered a B&B-style hotel. The advantage is that the room has tableware, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The area is larger than that of a traditional hotel. There is a convenience store downstairs. Talking about the shortcomings, the hotel is a bit far from Nihombashi Subway Station, and it is still a bit tiring to drag the suitcases around. It's only a 10-minute walk to Nihonbashi Subway Station and Dotonbori. The design of the clothes hangers in the room is a bit unreasonable. Also, there is a large bed and a small bed in the room, which is a bit cumbersome for 2 people. The small bed takes up all the area, which greatly affects the activity space in the room! If there is only one large bed in the room, the space layout will be much better!
