The location of the hotel was convenient, they had buggies to pick us up from the night market, and the facilities was clean and large. But on the other hand, there was no actual sign for the hotel name, and we got lost and unsure, there was also no security officers at night, which meant anyone could break in. It was overall a good hotel to stay in with comfort.

Hanna has provided very good services and support such as arranging buggy to take us around the nearby night market and beach as well as free airport drop off. She also gave us good suggestions of restaurant and spa. The resorts are new and there are different water activities nearby.

Complex is totally fresh and new, I have a feeling I was a first guest at villa where we were living. Stuff is friendly and polite. Highly recommend for family vacation.
