The location of the hotel is convenient and safe. Close to Piazza di Spagna. However the checkin process was disappointing because the hotel can’t find me via phone for the self checkin. There is nobody at reception at the time of checking in. So get prepared by this. You can leave your luggages at the restaurant at the corner of the building, which is owned by the hotel owner. There are some noise at night when people coming back and the wall is obviously thin.

Thank you for good staffs and the clean room. Just one thing, the shower room had a small problem in its drain ststem. I hope it has been repaired.

Firstly, the incessant noise emanating from the reception area, located just outside my room, was intolerable. The loud conversations of staff members disrupted my sleep from the early hours of the morning, making it nearly impossible to rest peacefully. Despite being in a separate room, the noise from the receptionist reverberated through the hallway, creating a constant disturbance throughout my stay. The door of the apartment was shockingly thin and flimsy, to the point where it felt like it could be easily pushed open with minimal force. It was particularly concerning that the toilet door, of all things, provided more soundproofing and security than the entrance to the room itself. Look, the location might be decent, but the constant noise and the flimsy door were a major dealbreaker for me. Before you book, remember: peaceful sleep and secure stays are pretty essential for a good vacation. This apartment, unfortunately, falls short on both.

We arranged airport pickup through the hotel and was picked up by a well-suited driver even though our flight was delayed. Lorenzo was there at the hotel waiting for us. He patiently went through our booking, showed us the room and amenities and even gave us some directions and recommendations on where to go. There was a communal pantry area with free coffee available. We didn't manage to utilise it as it happened to run out of milk that day. Room was big and clean and was a very comfortable stay! It was walking distance to the Spanish steps. After that there was minimal visual of him but helpful with watsapp communication. We were next to another unit with a shared corridor door so opening doors can get loud when either of us leave or enter the units. Tip - from the main BIG wooden door, there is a flight of stairs to climb to reach the 2nd door to the building. Might be a feat for those with huge and heavy luggages.
