Convenient location to Hongqiao. The room is great with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I did notice the floor was not very clean (hair and debris along baseboards). The noise insulation is not great as I was awoken by some loud commotion in the hallway around 1:15am. Otherwise, it’s easy to sleep here. The shower is also very good.

Decent Stay, But Cleanliness Needs Improvement The hotel has a great location and looks nice overall, which I really appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The sink wasn’t properly cleaned, there were strands of hair on the floor, and the bathroom had an unpleasant scent. It seems like housekeeping could do a much better job. If cleanliness improves, this would be a great place to stay.

A nice, conveniently situated hotel in walking distance (c. 20 mins.) from HongQiao Train Station - and a bit longer for the HongQiao Airport. The room was spacious enough, with a kitchen area. However some choices in the decoration did not make much sense, for example in the corner of the room was a sofa looking very closing at a wall (no space or even the existence of a screen opposite). The room floor was clean, but details that matter indicated not too much attention on the room - the wall was black from shoes in higher places (e.g. opposite the sofa), the shower area and the bathroom mirror were cleaned very hastily with marks from a wet wiping cloth. Finally, some things that should be there were missing (e.g. bathroom robe). Overall, a good location, but the price does not equal the general status of the offering - the robe, cleaning level, and room decoration/plan.

The service was decent, and the location was a bit farther than expected (a 20-minute walk from the station). As for cleanliness… well, it wasn’t dirty, but there was a smell in the room, which felt a bit unpleasant.

Best families trip

The suite was very clean and incredibly spacious with plenty room to move around . The hotel is 35min away from Shanghai railway station stations but all in all the location is convenient and so many amenities and shops around

again i used this hotel for its location and reasonable cost.all ammenities were good .a good nights sleep.and easy access to good restaurants the airport and railway. I will stay again
