Was a good hotel in Shangri-la. The location is excellent. There were not too many choices for breakfast. The staff is very supportive and helpful.

Quite good location which is near to the Dukezong ancient city. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Room is spacious. Breakfast OK.

We extended our 2 nights and stayed an extra night to see more of Shangri-la. See previous review. It was nice to explore the ancient town and visit cafes.

This review is voluntary. This is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip to Yunnan. It has a very high cost-effectiveness, good conditions in all aspects, and the breakfast is too rich. The hotel price is not expensive.

Geographical transportation: Located near the north gate of Dukezong Ancient City, it is very convenient to go to the ancient city, and it can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There are delicious and fun things in the ancient city, and it is convenient to come back. Accommodation environment: Oxygen production and humidification equipment are all available, and there are disposable toiletries such as face towels, which are really attentive. Service: The front desk guy and lady are enthusiastic, and they provide breakfast and souvenirs. The service is perfect! There are also snacks, fruits, coffee, hot drinks, etc. at the front desk, which is very considerate. If you want to live well in Shangri-La, come to Orange!

The hotel is located outside the north gate of the ancient city, a 10-minute walk to the ancient city, which is very convenient; there are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is filling; the room is relatively quiet facing north; the takeaway is not delivered to the room by a robot, which is not very safe; overall, it is very good to stay here when traveling!

The breakfast is quite rich. It is close to the north gate of Dukezong Ancient City, less than 5 minutes walk. The battery in the door lock was out, and it was replaced in time. It is convenient to the airport, and it takes about ten minutes by taxi.

The most satisfactory hotel I stayed in during my trip to Yunnan, of course it is also a slightly more expensive hotel. Because it was my first time to go to a high altitude area, I needed to rest well, so I chose this highly rated Orange. The room is clean, the bedding is clean, the location is good, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk service attitude is very good! I tried the oxygen concentrator in the room, it was a bit useful, but the purity of the oxygen produced was not enough. I personally think that the small bottle of oxygen in the pharmacy is more useful!

It is a good condition in the ancient city, but the hygiene level needs to be improved. There are obvious yellow stains on the sheets. Very quiet, slept well. Breakfast is average. Service: not very enthusiastic, especially a little indifferent, which is rare in Shangri-La Facilities: The bath water is large and very comfortable. The sewer is blocked

There may be only one room of this type on the second floor. I really can't appreciate the designer's aesthetics - black, bats, too unique 🦇 Everything else is fine, the hotel location is impeccable

The hotel is very close to Dukezong Ancient Town and Moonlight Square, which are just a short walk away. The parking lot is large, so you don't have to worry about not having a parking space when you come back at night. The snack supply in the lobby is very good, and a batch is replaced every once in a while.

Hotels during the Huazhu Convention Period I have stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel and Hanting Hotel during the Huazhu Convention Period. This is my first time staying at the Orange Hotel. It feels very good, clean and sanitary, and the front desk service is enthusiastic. Especially in the plateau, it is great to be able to eat breakfast like the Orange Hotel!
